W

Cardiothoracic resident Oh Yeon Joo's ordinary life turns upside down when she is abruptly pulled into "W", the hit webtoon created by her father. There, she discovers the story's critically wounded protagonist, Kang Chul, and saves his life on pure instinct. Yeon Joo soon realizes she is repeatedly summoned into the comic world whenever Kang Chul faces mortal danger, continually interfering with his fate. With Kang Chul surviving what was meant to be his death, the plot derails further with every move Yeon Joo makes, slipping entirely out of the author's control. As the two grow closer through their impossible encounters, the line between reality and fiction blurs. Across two separate dimensions, will they be able to defy their written destinies and forge a story of their own?
