Light on Me

Woo Tae Kyung, an 18-year-old with black hair and an expressionless face, is a solitary and voluntary outsider at Saebit Boys Highschool. Indifferent and blunt, he hates lying and always speaks his mind directly, though he also possesses a surprisingly quirky charm. While he believes he doesn't need friends and has lived his life accordingly, he sometimes envies those who do, experiencing pangs of loneliness. Noticing this, his teacher, Mr. Hatbit, suggests that he join the student council. Both Shin Da On, the student council president with excellent grades and character, and Namgoong Si Woon, a member with exceptional social skills despite his low class rank, are in favor of Tae Kyung joining. However, the cold and analytical vice president, Noh Shin Woo, firmly opposes the idea. Starting as a temporary member, Tae Kyung must overcome Noh Shin Woo's opposition to become a regular member. In the process, will he be able to make true friends and finally be honest with himself?
